| Availability We strive to keep the availability of online items as up to date as possible, but in some cases an item may not be available. If this occurs we will contact you and refund any monies paid as quickly as possible. Payment Options We accept Pay Pal, Money Orders, Personal Checks Money Orders and Checks must be received within 7 days of placing your order. Otherwise the availability of your item can not be guaranteed. Shipping We ship by U.S. Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail. We do ship internationally but require that payment be made with International Money Order. Return Policy We want you to be 100% satisified with your purchase! We must be notified within 36 hours of receiving merchandise. Returns are accepted for exchange or alteration only, within 7 days from receipt of shipment. We do not accept any returns after 7 days. Tags must still be attatched and item(s) must not be worn or have odor. Shipping costs and merchant fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. After contacting us, please send out your return with tracking and insurance. We can NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged packages sent back to us. If your items are in original condition, we will issue store credit or send out an item you choose. Sorry no cash refunds. Custom Orders Custom orders must be paid for in advance. Each request will be considered individually, through e-mail or by phone. Please e-mail me for details. In your custom-order price quote, your total will reflect cost of material, labor involved, and estimated shipping costs. Custom Order Return/Refund Policy All custom orders are final and no refunds can be made. If your custom-made garment or other item is of the wrong size when you receive it, please contact me immediately to see about alterations. Buyers who make wrong measurements must pay for alterations, which is an hourly charge of $15. All shipping charges are responsibility of the buyer. Items can only be exchanged for store credit if returned in perfect, unworn condition. .A note about my pricing: The costs of fabric, thread, zippers, buttons, and other materials & notions used in creating your personal unique piece are reflected in pricing. Labor means how much time it takes to prepare the fabric, make the garment, photograph it, and list it. |
